Urgent request! Introducing Alex – a sixteen-year-old living with his widowed mother in Trelawney, Zimbabwe. Alex is a committed Christian young man and a regular church attendee. He loves to play soccer, excels in school, and aspires to study mechanical engineering in college one day.
A few years back, a tumor started growing across Alex’s face. The cancer is still operable; however, if not removed soon, Alex faces a bleak future in his native country. He is having difficulty with his studies and in social circles.
A mission hospital operating in Zimbabwe is available to remove the tumor. The estimated medical fees are $4,000, which include surgery, transportation, and blood transfusions.
