DonateNDEIPI™ is a streets-to-work program developed in Zimbabwe, training participants to start a life-changing small business with $1.00 (US dollar). NDEIPI transforms the lives of thousands of people each year and now operates throughout Africa. Donations assist primarily with travel and program related costs.
DonateWheelchair In impoverished regions, access to wheelchairs is unaffordable. The elderly are often carried to church or clinics in plastic lawn chairs or rolled inside wheelbarrows. A wheelchair enables quality-of-life improvement. A typical wheelchair with delivery costs $100.
DonateMicrosurgery – From snake bites to tumors, the prognosis for people living in impoverished regions is a rapid decline into poverty and death. In partnership with mission hospitals, we often negotiate for surgery costs below $3,000 (US). We focus on parents with young children – a single surgery helps prevent the creation of additional orphans.
DonatePeriod Security is a significant problem for young women in poor regions. Without access to sanitary pads, women resort to using rags or even dried cow dung for period care. A miracle donation of $100 provides a young lady with pads for a full year, enable her to stay in school and achieve an education.
DonateNative Bibles Access to native-language Bibles is an all-to-common problem in poor regions. Organizations often donate large volumes of English-only Bibles, which are widely available and less expensive. Non-native language Bibles are often more expensive to purchase. For $10-$15 we can procure a native-language Bible.
DonateMedical Clinics In poor, rural regions people often lack access to basic medical checkups and routine care. Through your donation, Uncommon Path funds pop-up clinics through our partner network to provide care to those in need.
DonatePre-Schools Uncommon Path seeks to support pre-schools in poor areas. A pre-school is an early source of nutrition and learning for students. Parents often pay a nominal tuition fee and we actively sponsor orphans to attend pre-school.
DonateWork Tools A set of work tools – sewing machines, gardening, painters, or mechanics often makes the difference between life and poverty. Through the NDEIPI training program, we strive to connect graduates with proper tools to sustain a small business.
DonateSeed and fertiliser packs are vital lifelines for people in poor and impoverished areas. The seed and fertiliser packs are normally planted and cared for near the family home. A single seed pack can feed a family for up to a year.
DonateSchool Supplies A student must possess textbooks, backpacks, uniforms, paper, and pencils before school. Your donation ensures students have the resources to attend school, a key step in enabling his or her transition out of poverty.
DonateInnovation Uncommon Path™ is engaged with developing sustainable product innovation for low-resource regions. We are presently evaluating products for neonatal jaundice and period care, along with others.
DonatePastors frequently walk long distances in rural areas to deliver community services. A rugged bike enables a Pastor to travel longer distances and increase service access. A typical bike with delivery costs $250.
